Anne Spoerry Sailing Doctors runs its activities with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness. New donations towards the charity are entirely directed towards either medicine, our Kenyan medical staff or transportation of the mobile clinics. Our first audited accounts, reflecting our first 18 months of activity, will be available on this page shortly. Nearly all our medicine is purchased from MEDS Kenya (Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies). Vaccines are provided by the Lamu District Hospital.
